About Me
Hi, I’m Andrea - recipe developer, meal-prep enthusiast, and the creator of EasyMealstoPrep.com.
Ten years ago I was the person with a fridge full of ingredients and no plan. Between work, classes, and a long commute, dinner was either takeout or cereal. Out of necessity, I taught myself a simple system: prep once, eat well all week. What started as Sunday containers and a scrappy spreadsheet turned into a library of quick, reliable recipes that make weeknights feel effortless.
My Cooking Philosophy
- Everyday ingredients, maximum flavor. If you can’t find it at a regular grocery store, you won’t see it here.
- Prep smart, not perfect. 30–90 minutes of light prep → mix-and-match meals for days.
Budget-friendly & family-friendly. Recipes that stretch a dollar and win picky eaters. - Flexible by design. Swaps and variations are built in (gluten-free, dairy-free, high-protein, or veggie options).

What You’ll Find on EasyMealstoPrep.com
- Easy dinners that go from fridge to table fast (one-pan, sheet pan, skillet, and slow cooker).
- Make-ahead breakfasts (overnight oats, egg bakes, freezer-friendly muffins).
- Grab-and-go lunches (bowl builders, mason-jar salads, wrap fillers).
- Smart sides & sauces (roasted veggies, rice hacks, five-minute dressings) to mix, match, and repeat.
- Weekly Prep Guides: a short shopping list, step-by-step prep plan, and storage notes so you always know what’s next.
How My Recipes Are Tested
I run every recipe through a three-part check:
1-Saveability: reheats well, stores safely, and still tastes great on day 3.
2-Speed: under 30 minutes for cook-night recipes or under 90 minutes for Sunday prep.
3-Simplicity: minimal dishes, clear steps, no fuss.
A Little More About Me
I grew up in a small apartment where the kitchen did double duty as homework desk and family meeting room. Food was how we made time feel bigger. Today, I still chase that feeling—simple meals that create space for the good stuff: conversations, wins, and quiet nights in.
